* Spinal Cord Injury
* Stroke
* Amputation
* Neurological Disorders
* Orthopedic Conditions
* Multiple Traumas
** Our brand new hospital is opening June 2019**
Responsibilities
As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will ensure the administration of quality of patient care. You will also, oversee, guide and mentor the entire nursing staff to ensure the plan of care for the patient population.
Other requirements of the CNO role include:
* Steer Progressive clinical excellence through staff development
* Shares responsibility for employee engagement, recruitment and retention
* Provide nursing care to patients with skilled nursing medical conditions
* Actively assign nursing personnel, serve as a resource person and consultant.
* Implement company standards of care, policies, and procedures
* Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
* Create and implement schedule for safe staffing
Qualifications
As a Chief Nursing Officer CNO, you must be able to deliver superior quality in all that you do. We are seeking results-driven team players who treat patients as if they were their own family members. Qualified candidates must be passionate about providing a superior quality of care. You must also be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Other requirements of the Chief Nursing Officer role include:
* BSN required. MSN or equivalent Masters in Healthcare or enrollment in a Masters program required.
* Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
* Three to Five years of acute nursing experience required, three of these years in rehabilitation nursing preferred. One or more years experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
* CRRN required when eligible.
